What is Applications Usage Statistics in Trojan Scanner for Android?

Applications Usage Statistics helps you find apps you never use (or haven’t opened in a long time) so you can safely remove them and free space.

Open the tool

  1. In Trojan Scanner, tap the clock/history icon on the home screen.

  2. The list shows each app’s last launch time and total time used.

Understand the list

  • Never used: installed but never opened.

  • Last launch: when you last opened the app.

  • Total time: cumulative usage time since install.

  • Checkbox: select apps to remove in bulk.

Filter or sort

Tap Show to focus the list:

  • Installed, but never used

  • Launched before [date] (e.g., older than 30/60/90 days)

  • All, oldest at the top

Remove unused apps

  1. Check the apps you want to remove.

  2. Tap Uninstall and confirm.

Tip: If an app is preinstalled or device-admin, Android may block removal. Open the app’s App info to disable or revoke admin first.

Privacy & permissions

  • Trojan Scanner reads usage statistics only to compute last launch and total time.

  • No personal content is collected.

  • If the list is empty: enable Usage access for Trojan Scanner in Settings → Security/Privacy → Usage access → Trojan Scanner → Allow.

When to use it

  • Free up storage without guesswork.

  • Spot stealthy apps you forgot about.
