A refund can be requested only within the first 30 days after a Gridinsoft consumer product was purchased or renewed.

Have the order number, purchase email, product name, purchase or renewal date, and license key if available. Briefly describe why you are requesting the refund.
Refunds for Gridinsoft consumer products are processed by the billing partner shown on the order receipt, typically 2Checkout (formerly Avangate) or PayPro Global.
Contact the billing partner listed in the order confirmation, or submit a Gridinsoft support request and select Payment issue / Refund. Never send full card details or account passwords.
