How do I access the Member Area?

First time:

  1. Go to my.gridinsoft.com.

  2. Click Password recovery.

  3. Enter the email you used to purchase Gridinsoft Anti-Malware and click Send password reset link.

  4. Open the email, follow the link, and set your password (check Spam/Junk if you don’t see it).

Returning users:
Visit my.gridinsoft.com and sign in with your email and password.

The Member Area lets you view and manage licenses, devices/activations, and order details, and update your contact info. If you don’t receive the reset email after a short while, confirm the purchase email was entered correctly or contact our Support Team.
