Click Password recovery.

Enter the email you used to purchase Gridinsoft Anti-Malware and click Send password reset link.

Open the email, follow the link, and set your password (check Spam/Junk if you don’t see it).
Returning users:
Visit my.gridinsoft.com and sign in with your email and password.
