How do I change account settings or disable auto-renew?

Sign in to the Member Area.

  • Account settings: Open Profile to change your email, password, and contact details.

  • Auto-renew: Go to Subscriptions → Manage and turn Auto-renew off. Your license remains active until the end of the current billing period.

If these options are not available for your purchase (e.g., billed via a reseller/marketplace), contact Support with your order ID and purchase email, and we will make the change for you.
