Sign in to the Member Area at my.gridinsoft.com, then:

Go to Subscriptions (or Licenses → the relevant product).

Click Manage → Cancel or Turn off auto-renew.

Confirm the change. You will receive a confirmation email.
What happens next: your license stays active until the end of the current billing period, and it will not renew. You can re-enable auto-renew later from the same page.
If you cannot access the Member Area or do not see the cancel option, please contact our Support Team with your order email and license key, and we will help you cancel.
