Yes. Go to Settings → Scheduled scan.

Recurring scan: check Schedule a recurring scan, choose scan type (Quick/Full/Custom), select days, and set the start time.

One-time scan: check Schedule a one-time scan, pick the scan type, date, and time.

Scan options: you can enable Check for updates before a scheduled scan (recommended), Quarantine all threats automatically, Restart the computer when required for threat removal, and Shut down the computer after the scan.
Your current plan appears on the right under Regular scan / One-time scan. The PC must be on at the scheduled time; if it’s asleep or off, run the scan manually or adjust Windows power settings.
