A company-issued or primarily commercial computer should use license coverage that permits business use. Home plans are intended for privately owned home PCs and should not be used to bypass business licensing or an employer’s software policy.
Check with the organization first
- Ask the IT administrator whether additional security software is allowed.
- Confirm whether the company already provides a managed antivirus or endpoint-protection product.
- Do not disable corporate security controls, device management, or network policy to install Gridinsoft Anti-Malware.
Choose appropriate coverage
The Standard plan can cover one business PC, while home multi-device plans are intended for personal devices. Review the current product page and checkout summary because plan names and device coverage can change. For several workstations or managed deployment, contact Gridinsoft before purchasing.
If a personal activation was used by mistake
- Deactivate or release the license from the work computer when possible.
- Move it back to an eligible personal device without exceeding its device limit.
- Obtain the correct business coverage for the company computer.
Contact Support with the purchase email and order number if the activation cannot be released. Do not include the full license key in a screenshot.
