Device coverage depends on the plan you purchased. The current product page offers Standard coverage for one business PC or two home PCs, Family coverage for up to three home PCs, and Extended coverage for up to five home PCs. Plans can change, so your order confirmation and Member Area are the final reference.
Check your own license
- Sign in to the Member Area with the purchase email.
- Open Licenses and select the relevant Gridinsoft product.
- Review the plan, device allowance, active devices, and expiration or renewal date.
Home and business use are different
Family and Extended plans are intended for home devices. A company-issued or primarily commercial computer needs coverage that permits business use. Do not assume that unused home-device slots can be assigned to company machines.
If you reach the activation limit
Release a retired device before activating a replacement. If the old PC is unavailable, contact Support with the purchase email, order number, and reason for the change. Do not post the complete license key. For additional seats, purchase the appropriate multi-device or business plan rather than sharing one activation outside its terms.
