Yes. You can move a Gridinsoft Anti-Malware activation to a replacement computer as long as the number and type of active devices remain within the purchased plan.
When the old PC is available
- Open Gridinsoft Anti-Malware on the old PC and deactivate or release its license if that option is available.
- Install the current app on the new PC from the official Gridinsoft website.
- Open Info, choose the option for an existing license, and enter the same activation key.
- Update the Threat List and run an initial scan.
If the old PC is lost or unusable
Sign in to the Member Area and review the devices attached to the license. If you cannot release the old activation there, contact Support with the purchase email, order number, reason for the transfer, and only the last four characters of the key.
Check device coverage
Standard, Family, Extended, and business coverage differ. The order confirmation and Member Area are the final reference for your license. Moving a license does not increase its device limit and does not convert home coverage into business coverage. Never share the full key in a public message or screenshot.
