Open Settings → View protection access to check your access and available plan options. Google Play and the website APK use different payment providers. Use the price, device count, billing period and renewal terms displayed at your checkout.
Google Play installation
The Play purchase screen offers annual plans using Google's localized prices. In guest-enabled versions, you can buy without first connecting a Gridinsoft account. Complete the Google Play purchase dialog, then wait for server verification and access delivery.
If the payment is pending, it is not yet active paid access. If payment completed but delivery is still being checked, use Check access or the restoration control. Do not buy again to fix an activation delay. After access becomes active, return to Protection and turn it on if it is off.
Manage renewal in Google Play using the Google account that made the purchase. Open Play's subscriptions page and select Web Protection. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the subscription terms; check the paid-through date shown there.
Website APK installation
Choose a plan from the app. Guest checkout opens PayPro Global in the browser without requiring Member sign-in first. Enter your email at checkout. After payment, use the return-to-app action and allow Web Protection to refresh its access.
A browser success page alone does not establish that the app has received paid access. If delivery takes time, use Refresh status and the payment-status action offered by the app. A paid guest can use this installation; verify email to manage the account and additional devices.
Manage a website purchase through its purchase email or the appropriate subscription controls in the Gridinsoft Member Area. Use the provider named on your receipt; Google Play does not manage PayPro renewals.
If you already paid
Use existing-account sign-in or restore the purchase. Keep the order reference for Support, but never send full card details or a device token. Uninstalling, signing out and turning off protection do not cancel renewal.
